Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation, Partial Refund/Fees. Purchaser has the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours from the time of order. If Purchaser cancels more than 24 hours after the time of order, 15% of the purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Purchaser's deposit is less than 15% of the purchase price, for instance one month’s rent on a RTO contract, the entire deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Purchaser's deposit exceeds 15% of the purchase price, the amount of the deposit exceeding 15% of the purchase price will be refunded to the customer. Seller reserves the right to issue a Seller initiated cancellation on any order past 30 days from build completion/ready for delivery if the customer cannot take delivery. If the final balance is paid in full before these 30 days, Seller will hold the order for an additional 30 days. On all Seller initiated cancellations, a minimum of 15% of the purchase price will be NON-REFUNDABLE and will be held in full by Seller.
